Technoform's vision was to elevate their already robust extrusion expertise with a new layer of data-driven intelligence. Our Accelerator Program provided the roadmap, building upon Technoform's existing foundation and focusing on four key areas:
Working closely with Technoform's process experts, we implemented a Unified Namespace (UNS) architecture using HiveMQ as an MQTT broker. By working together, we made sure that the UNS acts as a central nervous system for the factory, connecting every machine and sensor regardless of brand or communication protocol, and accurately reflects Technoform's unique production processes.
By combining our knowledge, we created a seamless data flow today and provided a flexible foundation for integrating new technologies tomorrow. This lets Technoform adapt and evolve as the industry changes.

Technoform knew they wanted to take quality control to the next level, so we built them an AI-powered system that does just that. We combined modular hardware with a custom model that we trained on their specific data, making it perfectly suited for their unique production environment.
The system now continuously monitors their production line to spot anomalies in real time and alert operators. This lets them step in during production and adjust where necessary, instead of relying on manual spot checks after a batch has been completed. Besides preventing a minor issue from becoming a major headache, this custom AI system lets Technoform learn from every defect and understand the root causes.
